Warranty
Weber GENESIS smart gas grills are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship starting from the original date of purchase. The cookbox and lid assembly are warrantied for twelve (12) years against rust through/burn through (paint is warrantied for two (2) years, excluding fading or discoloration). Stainless steel burner tubes, cooking grates, flavorizer bars, and porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates are warrantied for ten (10) years against rust through/burn through. Weber CONNECT components are warrantied for three (3) years. All remaining parts are warrantied for five (5) years. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

What an outstanding grill. I bought the Genesis S-315 about 2 months ago to replace my existing 20 year old 3 burner grill. Assembly took about 2 hours with very easy instructions. My deck is plumbed from the house LP tank so I didn't need the regulator that came with the grill. I was very impressed to discover this 3 burner grill has plenty of heat after hitting 650 degrees on the initial burn off. I usually grill 2-3 times a week and love how easy this grill is to use and how the food comes out. I'm still experimenting and will be adding the Weber Frame Kit along with the sear grate and pizza stone. I have a Weber kettle and the S-315 is a nice accompaniment to complete all my grilling needs.

Love this grill. It heats evenly, burns propane efficiently and the grill cleans with a sponge. The thermostat works very well. I especially like the char you get on a steak when the temp gets to 550. I would highly recommend.

It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the power-burner is a nice touch. I keep it in my garage and it is very easy to move and set-up with the locking wheels. The size makes it easy enough to store, while also allowing me to cook for up to 12-15 people. It is worth the investment IMO.

This is a revised review. I had a ooor customer service experience with Weber. Which was contrary to my usual experience and why I purchased the grill. Izzy V. was amazing in understanding my frustrations and hearing me out. She was communicative and responsive. She ended up making things right and restoring my faith in Weber. I bought the Genesis S-315 Gas Grill to replace a 19 year old Weber Gas Grill. It was tough letting the old one go, but it was time. I'm very happy with the upgrade and probably should have done it a couple years ago. It was very easy to assemble and I was grilling within 2 hours.

I have owned many grills over my lifetime but am truly blown away with the Weber Genesis E325S. The 3 burner setup provides consistent heat and the sear zone is a real game changer. The build quality and materials are outstanding as one would expect from Weber. This grill is a true winner and I highly recommend it!

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
