Life long Weber buyer. This grill had hose problems in first week. Weber said would replace. Don't know yet if fixed because still haven't received. Steel under paint on burner control has already rusted and stained. Support pretty much said "sorry for your luck"! This was a good product that has lost its way on quality control and customer support. Time to look elsewhere.

I moved across the country this spring and unfortunately my previous BBQ (a Weber Genesis) was unable to fit in the moving truck. There was no question when the time came to purchase a new BBQ. Weber Genesis E-315 is my outdoor oven! It maintains temperature really well and grills steaks and burgers like a dream with little to no flair ups!

This is my 2nd Gensis Grill I have owned, the first is 10 years old and still functions. The heat on this grill is fabulous! It is even and heats up quickly. IT appears to heat across all areas equally. Highly recommend

Only used it once since receiving it. Well made, heated up quick. Front of grill doesn't seem to get the same heat as the rear. I like that the grill has a flat service.

First, assembly was much easier than I anticipated. My wife and I were able to complete the project in under 3 hours. It is important to note that some pieces were well "hidden" in the packaging (underneath other larger items). So it is vital that you remove EVERYTHING from the packing box to ensure you find all of the parts. Once I connected to the gas line (nat. gas model), I fired her up and let it run for 20+ minutes to burn off whatever residue remained from being new. I then proceeded to toss a few burgers on just to give it a quick trial. WOW! They cooked up perfectly, with a great char flavor. I love the large side tray table, all of the extra storage under the main burner unit and the neat side cabinet. I am still learning the Weber Connect feature and that is my next project. I'll be doing some nice steaks next and will see how the Wi-Fi feature helps with that cooking process. I also ordered the rotisserie and the pizza plate. So those will be on the agenda in the next week or so. This will make the gilling season so much fun with all of things this unit can do. I love it!

First time Weber owner...Impressed by the quality of the packaging and components right out of the box. Lots of assembly, but the parts are well engineered, robust and fit without stress. Instructions are logical and there were no missing parts. Once assembled, the unit worked flawlessly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
