The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. One of those few purchases that wows you on the first use. Fun to assemble with the Bilt app, yes fun. Heat up quickly. Cooking surface is huge and even. Cast iron grills leave grill marks and are pretty stick free.

I purchased a Genesis 325s Weber Grill and am amazed with the quality and capabilities. I sold an 8 year old grill that took forever to come up to temperature range, food stuck to grill and poor cooking and cleaning. My grill stays cleaner, actually tells me the propane tank level , grill surface is flat and coated for less sticking.

Bought used 1 time, acme nut started leaking, got a replacement regulator, same issue. Called the company can't really help me. Don't think I'll be purchasing another.

Very well made grill! Packaged beautifully easy to understand assembly instructions and it was simple to put together by myself. ( I have a hoist for the heavy lifting).

Purchases two years ago and the screen printing around the temperature gauges is peeling off. I kept this with a Weber cover to protect it every day and this still happened. When I reached out to Weber to see if the warranty would cover it, they said it was cosmetic and would not back up the quality of their product. why pay this type of money if you're going to get that type of quality?

I have been having issues with my grill. Weber keeps on blaming the issue with the grill it's the gas line I have had everything checked out from the gas company and I had a plumber look out the grill. I keep on telling them is something wrong with the grill . I don't know if something went wrong with the install, the grill is not working properly and Weber keeps on blaming it on the gas company. It's been very frustrating. Weber does not want to take responsibility that there's something wrong with the grill. They rather blame it on the gas company the Plumer it's been ridiculous. All I want is the grill to work properly Weber will not take any responsibility that there is a problem with the grill I will never buy a Weber grill ever again, I am very disappointed

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
