As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Got this grill about a month ago and it is awesome! This thing cooks so well and is very versatile with the optional grill frame and accessories. I do think Weber should just include the frame with every grill, since it was a hassle to get one ordered after receiving the griddle as a gift. I can now enjoy cooking things like smash burgers or bacon and eggs on a griddle, after swapping out 2/3 of the grill grate, and then finish the burgers on the other 1/3 of the grill to reduce grease. We never cooked bacon inside in the past because it was so messy. Not so with the griddle and I use the warming rack to let the grease drip off before serving. I've also grilled amazing steaks by swapping back in the grates for the griddle. I also like how the cabinet conceals the propane tank and how easily it lights with the push of a button. If you're not sure whether to give up your grill for a griddle get this grill for the best of both worlds!

I live in Western Canada and enjoy grilling all year long, as long as the snow isn't blowing.I started with a Weber coal grill some 55 years ago. I then switched to a Weber gas grill in 1998. That grill still worked reasonably well, but this year I needed a larger cooking area and better, faster performance. I've been very happy with the Genesis 325S. I starts up immediately, heats up very quickly, and provides even cooking throughout the cooking area. The sear zone is impressive; with that fourth burner on, the grill reaches a temp of 700 degrees. I highly recommend this grill.

Bought grill 3 weeks ago. Had a Genesis stainless steel grill for 15 years and loved it. Never covered it. Outside of it looked like new when cleaned. It was a 3 burner just like the one I just bought. This one will be lucky to last 2 years. side and back panel does not come all the way to top. If there is no cover on it, it rains inside the stand for the grill. Grease pan fills up with water and over flows making a mess. If you are buying one recommend you get a cover. Doesn't heat up as fast as my old grill.

First color is a conversation starter. Every grill I've ever seen is usually black or stainless steel. Options in this case with royal blue and stainless steel is off the charts. The grill itself gives you multiple options whether it's cooking basic hotdogs and hamburgers or changing it to cook a pizza on a pizza stone is fantastic. The burner on the side helps as well.

Loving this bbq it replaced my 18year old genesis gold. Cooks meet perfect looked at another brand but went Weber as it is in my eyes the best no fancy gimmicks on it it's just a bbq that cooks and does amazing sear zone is amazing. Look forward to years of dependable cooking with it. Highly recommend this brand over others

Works really well. Simple grill, but doesn't have propane tank gauge which is a slight bummer. Decent price. I upgraded from spirit line.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
