My Genesis 315 was bought a couple months ago and I just finished assembling it. The assembly instructions on BILT were great. The grill works well and we are pleased with it. My only complaint is that the left shelf was a bit rusted with a small amount of grease on it when unpacked.

The grill did not come with a user manual in English. There were three others in foreign language but not one in English. Obviously I can get one on line however I need the model number which is on the bottom of a shelve inside the grill and on the far back corner so I have to lay on my back and crawl inside the grill to get the model number so I can then get on your website and down load a manual in English. Why can't you just simply print one in English

Replaced my 2 burner 12 year old Weber Genesis with the 3 burner Genesis. The new grill preheats much quicker which is a bonus. This is the 2nd Genesis I've had and I must say they are much better built than the Spirits I've owned. Great grip and well worth the price!

Super Nice Grill!!!! Temperature control is excellent, flavorers work extremely well and it has lots and lots of flexibility. I purchased the Rotisserie, the large Roasting Tray, the grilling basket, the Griddle plate and I am waiting for the Wok. Nice Nice stuff. Great Job Weber.

Disappointed that the "port" to light the grill without the starter is gone. The starters are the first thing to go and I will miss being able to start it with a cheap butane starter. I was also disappointed that the propane tank gage has been deleted. Although it wasn't 100% accurate it at least gave some inkling as to how much propane was left. Otherwise the grill is excellent, love it.

Great quality grill but I miss the iron grates. This Genesis replaces a 1994 Silver Weber Grill that served me well for 30 years. We had to replace a few components in that time but parts were readily available. This new grill produces a lot of heat but, at this point, I don't think the stainless steel grates provide the even heat as the iron grates did.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
