I was fascinated over how easy it was to assemble. Instructions use all pictures and no words. Very effective. My last Genesis lasted from 2008 through 2022. Changed burners and grates once and is still in use today by new owners of my old dwelling. My new 325-s Genesis is a great replacement and I love the little improvements that have been made over the last 15 years.

The new Genesis is a great grill, especially the sear zone. This on replaces a 10+ year old Genesis. Surprisingly this new grill shares the middle burner igniter issue the my old Genesis had.

Bought a Genesis model E 325 S to replace a model S 345 that caught fire and was destroyed. The only thing i miss on the new model is the Bluetooth temperature monitors. I really like the easy clean up on the new griil. The porcelain grates are splendid and there is plenty of work space.

This grill is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It went together fairly easily. My husband connected it directly to a propane line installed on a patio. The smoke vents away from the grill and doesn't go up to the awning. The cooking surface seems to cook evenly and is easy to clean with a grill brush.

Perfect grill. A couple hours to put together (took my time) and was grilling that night. Sear zone works exceptionally well. No flare ups, has been grilling perfection. Was going to try another brand but so happy I stayed with Weber. 3rd Weber grill in 30 years. Will give this one some TLC and see how long I can go.

I would like to see a slide out tray that holds the tank. I have had other grills and that is the one thing that is lacking on the Weber. Other than that one item, I have nothing but good things to say about the Weber products. Good quality, and fair pricing. I have owned Weber grills in the past (more than 30 years) and have passed them along when selling or moving. All of them are still working fine. All it takes is normal cleaning & maintance and they will last a long long time.

My hood thermometer has had condensation in it from day one. Plus the hood is virtually flat (parallel to the ground) so here in the rainy Pacific Northwest there is standing water on the hood most days, whether I have the cover on or not. Seems like a bad design. I've had to stick a long piece of styrofoam under the cover most days to give it some "pitch". Also my prior grill used a 1/2-inch natural gas line and I had to step down to 3/8-inch for the Weber E-325s, and this seems to have reduced my max BTU number. Otherwise the grill has been pretty solid for the price.

Almost 5 stars. We moved from out of state and didn't bring our old Weber so the first thing we ordered for our new home to be deliveted the same day we made settlement was the grill! The grill arrived with a cracked top and a non working hanging rack. It took 2 months to have them replaced. The wheels left black marks on our deck from where it sits. This is not grease from cooking as it happened where it was just sitting before use. We've never had a problem like that with our other Weber's.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
