I had been cooking on a nearly 20-year old Vermont Casting grill, which I loved. It went honorably but since they were no longer in production, I needed to find a new brand. Enter Weber. I spoke with backyard cooks that I know and respect, and they all said either the Genesis 335 or 435 model. I went with the 335 for space considerations on my deck. After a couple of "control" meals, I was able to dial in the temperature, and am now giving the grill a workout. Steady performance, easy start, sleek style, and efficiently burning. Definitely happy with the choice.

I follow the ignition instructions, but the third burner does not come on when I open I open the gas. When I start I open the gas for the burner to the left, ang push the starter and that ignites. When I open the second burner, I have to push the starter again, and when I open the third it take a very long time before the burner ignites, even if I push the starter several times.What is wrong ?

Fantastic grill and fantastic customer service. I bought a floor model which was missing a discontinued part. A replacement part was sent quickly and without cost as soon as I reported it missing.

Webers are great, very consistent cooking, and they last forever. This is my second, a propane model. I left my previous natural gas model when I moved. It was several years old, but still in great condition. I expect the new propane model will outlast me.

New BBQ Review I needed to replace my 18 yr old NG BBQ and get a 21st Century model. LOL. I BBQ at least 4X a week for 2 people and the Weber Genesis SP-E-325S is what I decided after looking at a lot of BBQ's I picked this Weber for these reasons: Natural Gas, Stainless Steel Grates, 3 burners (13k Btu) + Searer 13k Btu, Extra cooking area rack, Int. Light, LG side working areas, Storage, Locking wheels, electronic spark module and GREAT Warranty. It has alphabetized boxes which made it easy but they have an phone APP "BILT" to help make it very easy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
