Our new Weber Grill is an excellent selection. We have grilled on it three time and food has be delicious. I have owned many grills but this the best. The information available to help a somewhat novice Grill Master is through and complete. Simple to clean and maintain.

I upgraded to the Genesis SX-335 from an older Weber Genesis (18 years old), which I was quite satisfied with. This isn't just a step up it a whole level up! This grill is amazing. Between the extra sear zone burner, the interchangeable Weber outdoor kitchen options and the technology built in this is an amazing grill!

My 12 year old grill was falling apart and was bought on a budget.. I wanted a Weber, and they are like cars... Each hand model tweeks the options and price fluctuates.. Thought deep about what we use it for and made my selection. FIRST THING ON IT....300 BRATS...So overall simply well, built, and Very Happy with it

I love this grill it has even temperatures across the grates. Did Kabobs with chicken and steak and veggies and they came out perfect. Did a flank steak yesterday and it was cooked perfect. Still learning the heat settings. Absolutely love the searing section with the additional burner it does an outstanding job. Had an issue with the side burner igniter so I called Weber. The customer service was excellent, extremely nice and sent out a new ignition kit right away. I installed it and now everything is working as it should.

Need to update my earlier review after receiving the answer from Emily D., Weber Care Specialist. She recommended the ANKER A1268 Power Core Essential 20000 power bank, and now the Weber EX-335 smart technology display is working properly, I was not using the correct power bank. So far grilling with the Weber EX-335 is great, much better than with my retired Perfect Flame, and I expect that my future slow roasting experiences will not be disappointing. PS - Make sure you use one of their recommended power banks!

Nice grill, the searing station really is the finishing touch to great steaks, and with the 4th burner I can set that section for a lower temp so once meat is seared I can move it to the cooler section to finish cooking. In addition I added the rotisserie and now i can do chicken turkey breast and roast like a pro.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
