This grill sets up easier than any I have seen before. The fact you can set it up and break it down for winter storage was a huge win for me! Also, to find an all stainless steel grill (except for the lid) for this price point is near impossible. The quality is the same as the bigger name grill companies and the customer service has been outstanding!

It is a well made grill with ample heat. The assembly was incredibly easy. It is designed intelligently with full access to everything from the front (including the propane tank and drip tray). It lights easily. It is easy to break down the components for detailed cleaning. The grade of the stainless steel is excellent, it is very sturdy and will last a long time. It looks good. With that said, its not perfect. The back of the grill is considerably hotter then the front, it flares up easily, and it lacks rear vents. The flame tamer design needs improvement. When in use it requires more monitoring then my previous grills due to the hotspots and flareups. The rotisserie can only be used with the grates removed, meaning you either grill or use the rotisserie. You can't do both at the same time. The grate spacing is two wide. It is difficult to grill smaller items without them falling in or through the gap in the grates. An improvement would be to reduce the spacing and perhaps use a design along the lines that Blaze uses (triangle as opposed to a round steel bar).

There seems to be a design flaw in this grill caused by the burners being too close to the grate. The grill has very hot and very cold spots making it difficult to grill anything evenly.

The Tytus BBQ island genuinely exceeded my expectations. This is my first what I would call high end grill. Only ever owning grills from big box stores, I did not truly understand how much better quality and grilling experience I was missing out on. The grill showed up from clear across the country with not even a scuff or tear in the shrink wrap. Set up was super easy with my 9 year old son helping out. In the 2 weeks I've had it, I have done everything from ribs and chicken to grilled veggies and fish. A small learning curve was necessary as I had not experienced a grill that is capable of producing so much heat. It is definitely there if you need it. Overall, I could not be happier. BBQ Guys has a robust order progress engine that provides consistent, up to date info on the status and shipping tracking of your order.

Bought this new brand because it was advertised as "easy to assemble". It was beyond easy. I put mine together in minutes and literally no tools are needed (you do need a 2nd person to lift). It is perfectly simple. Better yet, it cooks great. It's quality materials. It looks great. Beat my expectations!

I once had a 4 burner Blaze Grill which I managed to catch on fire due to my not cleaning out the drip pan. Replaced it with a Weber Genisis. The Tytus far exceeds the Weber and is very close to Blaze quality. The price for this 4 burner is ridiculously low. The set up is amazingly easy. I love it!

I recently purchased a Tytus grill. The first thing I noticed is how sturdy the grill was and quality of the materials they used. Next, I was pleasantly surprised that the grill took less than 10 minutes to put together. In the past, this process has always taken 1 to 2 hours. After putting the grill together; I've never felt like grilling because of the frustration and length of time it took putting it together. Finally, it was easy to start the fire and keep an even flame. The grill box is built well; so the temperature in the grill remained constant throughout the cooking process. I love my new Tytus grill and because Its so easy to put TOGETHER. I'll be able to store my grill inside my garage this winter.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
