Great grill....Wasn't that difficult to put together. Hooked up the gas line and fired it up. First time with a natural gas and it heats up quick.

Bought month ago. Have used it 6 to 8 times. Love it and the convenience of hooked to gas line. Cooked wings with butter and it does not flare into open flame. Best wings ever.

Swapped my old barbecue out for a natural gas one and love it. So easy to use and convenient. Don't have to buy new propane canisters. Just turn knob on and press button and gas is there! Love it.

We tried it one time and it was great but then we realized the connection hose had a leak. Called our local store. Waiting to hear back for a replacement.

I did not spring for the professional install. 2 hours after 30 mins unpacking. Parts hiding in parts yet keep looking you'll do great. 12 months grilles at my place and this one rocks precious three burners. No more propane tanks. NG for me and never seen these temperatures with propane.

As one should expect, each time this devise is asked to preform it obliges with ease and quickly comes to the selected temperature. It is well constructed' quiet, sturdy to last' and an attractive device, pleasing to the eye. It does get durty but easy to clean. So far so good. I purchased a light that attached to the handle and found it wolfully lacking in its ability to aluminate anything and promptly returned it for a full refund. Don't waste your time or money on the light.

I had the same little propane grill for 18 years...rebuilding it countless times to keep it going...and always wondering when the tank would run out while cooking... So glad I was able to make the switch to a natural gas grill...and this one has some impressive grilling area space... I searched the Weber product offerings, and found that this model offered the most grilling surface space, without any of the side burners, drawers, doors, and flashy vertical stainless steel paneling that I had no need for... Just a no nonsense "grill a feast" grill that I could plumb in and grill all day/night without ever running out of flame... If I had any suggestions on an improvement, it would have to be an option to have extended work surfaces on either side of the grill... With this much grilling area, exterior work space is limited when setting down dishes for either loading, or unloading the grill...and where do I set my beer without it getting warm...?!? ;)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
