I love that it is simple. I wanted no outside burner and no cabinet. Keeps things much cleaner for us. Unfortunately, my dog has discovered the grease catcher under it, and we now have to figure out something to keep her out. UGH!!!

We bought this about a month ago and couldn't be happier. Been cooking some steaks, pork, hamburgers, etc. and they cook quickly and with great grill marks. I just wish I had bought the full stainless with cabinet model....

I bought this item in May of 2018. The grill is great it cooks evenly and hot. Sal far the finishes are lasting well. My only problem with this grill is that if I leave the shutoff valve that weber says to install for safety, actually plays a roll in the performance. I noticed that if i did not turn the shut off valve closed and left it open over night the next time I would use the grill is would take aproximately 5 minutes or longer to get gas to flow through the grill to be able to ignite. I contacted weber they had me do a bunch of tests to no result. I decided to just start closing the valve and opening as I needed it solved all my problems. I told weber about this and they said that the grill was probably being over pressured, but this does not make sense to me because of the shut off valve is before the the grill regulater. Other than this mishap the grill great cooks very well and having natural gas is also great no more ugly LP bottles

I had a Weber propane grill because my last home did not have natural gas. I passed it on to a relative, who is very pleased with it, but I am really happy to have the advantages of natural gas!

Great quality. Well made, and easy to use. Certainly worth the price. Natural gas hook up fast and easy. Just quick connect..no more propane fills or run out middle of cookout.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
