This thing is huge! It's very heavy which is why I bought it as we live where it gets very windy. Need to get some more charcoal which it does require.

After having a 22" Weber Performer for 15 years I figured more space would be better. Here's some critical analysis. 1. No directions for assembly in the box. 2. The hinged cooking grates are nice but the gourmet cooking system needs to be an available upgrade. 3. The charcoal baskets are too small for the unit 4. Overall quality is what I've come to expect from Weber, which is good.

This is a great cooking grill, but it suffers from some minor manufacturing issues. The inside of the slot that the vent adjustment rides in has a very rough, poorly-finished surface that feels abnormally gritty when the vent is adjusted. My previous 22" model is much smoother and does not have this issue.

Bought my 26 inch weber kettle and working real good i will never use another grill if its not a weber and plus its made in the usa more props for weber keeping good quality its hard to find quality items thanks weber

My only complaint is that the tuck away lid holder comes loose and won't hold the lid in place. The grill handle has useful hooks for holding grilling tools. The 26" grill size is perfect for cooking or smoking. Solid construction with sturdy wheels. High quality temperature gage. Everything except the grates is sure to last 10 years.

This is a very good grill at a good price. It certainly upholds the Weber tradition of quality and appears to be as durable as previous Weber grills. The Weber I just replaced is over 30 years old and still working but I needed a larger grill (26 inch)and onl had room for one grill at the lake cabon.

I've had other, smaller weber charcoal grills in the past, so am familiar with how well they cook. This new one, however, is difficult to replace the ash catcher. That is my only complaint.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
