Warranty
Weber Performer grills are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The bowl and lid are warrantied for ten (10) years. The One-Touch cleaning system and plastic components are warrantied for five (5) years. All other remaining part are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

Bought this grill in 2006 and it is time to replace it. I will be buying the same grill. My ignitor went out on my first grill a couple of years ago, but that has been the only real issue. Age has gotten to the point where the ash pot has now rusted and fallen off the grill.

You are looking to get the real charcoal flavor and not the hard work of lighting it? This is the best choice. Butane gas grill lighter works amazing; and the whole grill experience without the hassle of getting it going!!! Just amazing. The quality of this grill is really good. Storage of coal; table; lid holder; and the amazing grill starter/lighter!! Best choice ever!

I'm dissatisfied with my almost brand new Weber Performer Deluxe. The automatic ignition failed and the part they sent also failed. I'm waiting for the technician to come back with yet another assembly to see if he can get it working. 😡

Love the grill. The remote timer is not secured very well. Keep falling out. Needs a hook to hang the rack on. The ash pan adjustments should face the cooking side of the grill. It's too hard to underneath.

Hi, Zack. Weber Touch and Go only works with 1-pound propane bottles.
Asked by Zack | Answered by ZackHi Gordon, the total height for this product is 43 and a half inches. The lid has a clearance of 7 and a half inches so the grill surface itself is about 3 feet off the ground.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
