This is simply an outstanding cooker. Have used a number of styles and brands over the years but won't seek out another. It works perfectly. Unboxing and setting up is super easy, included materials are well considered and executed. Getting the cooker up to temp and 'settled' is very easy. It's just a joy to use. And it produces outrageously delicious food. Buy it. Don't wait.

I recently purchased as a bday gift to myself - and have really enjoyed smoking on it. Brazilian Picanha, Texas Hotlinks, Turkey Legs, and Brisket within the first week of owning. Using a propane gun lump charcoal and wood chunks quickly lit up which was my worry having cooked on propane grills primarily. I purchased Chef iQ wireless Thermometer probes which turns this a smart smoker and helps when to wrap brisket or knowing when you check on the food. I would recommend using a pan with rack for Turkey and Brisket so clean up is quick and easy. I also placed a foil drip pan under the fire box. The inside does discolor quickly yet washes away, the racks fit inside a dishwasher for those wanting to keep it new looking.

I have owned my Keveri for a year now. It is hands down the best charcoal cooker on the market. Built of the highest grade materials. A small footprint and can cook for a crowd. Top of the line insulation. I can cook all day at 225 during a Polar Push in Wisconsin and the Keveri just holds the temps perfectly. Master Class offered on-line so you know how to operate the Keveri even before you get it. I can't say enough good things about this cooker and this company. Excellent customer service after the sale. They really want you to succeed with your new Keveri I only own one grill now. The Keveri does low and slow all the way to a raging pizza oven. The pizza mode also completely cleans out the inside of the H1. As good as new. Antonio Montes should be extremely proud of himself. He has designed the perfect charcoal cooker. I can not imagine cooking on anything else.

Hi Gina. If kept covered outdoors, the Keveri can certainly be kept outside and used year-round.
Asked by Gina | Answered by WesleyHI Bo. Depending on the size of the rack of ribs, 2-4 racks will fit on each grate. The Keveri H1 has a total capacity of 930 square inches.

We would recommend leaving the Keveri H1 as a freestanding unit due to venting requirements and how the door opens. 8/22/2024 - Jeff, we've had an update from Keveri: The Keveri H1 has a closed structure, making it highly unlikely for any fire or combustion to escape the cooking chamber. Additionally, thanks to the double-layered insulation, the outer surface doesn’t get very hot, so even in direct contact with hardwood, there’s no risk of burning (we’ve successfully installed it in outdoor kitchens with wood). However, as a precaution, we still recommend maintaining a 1-inch distance from combustible materials.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
