Th grates are rusting, HORRIBLE customer service. They claim that it's just dirty and I obviously did not clean it correctly, it is clean but the grates are rusting. Misleading sales information that they are rust proof.

Weber is above and beyond. A name that speaks louder than a thousand words and I cannot be more impressed with their customer service response. But, even more so by the quality of their product that stands the rest of time, value and thank you for all of those satisfied meaningful backyard family and friend moments over and over our lifetimes. I have had several of the 22" Kettle charcoal grills. I love it, I cook on the grill at least 3-4 days a week. This grill last me about 6 years until shutter starts to fail. Not bad for as much as I use it. Very versatile from hamburgers and hotdogs to smoking brisket, pulled pork and ribs. Once you figure how to control the heat you can literally cook anything on it. This is the best grill for the price!!

I have used a Kettle Grill for many years, and decided it was time to replace my tried and true Weber. I can't even bring myself to get rid of the previous one, so I now have a spare! I looked for other brands but have never had a problem with the Kettle Grill and cook my Thanksgiving Turkey in it every year. Everyone loves the flavor, and it frees up the ovens for other food.

I really like this kettle grill. It is a great basic grill for the beginner grilling with charcoal. I would like some of the features to be better. The lid resting is very cumbersome and awkward to use. Other than that a solid grill.

Hi Victoria. The Kettle Premium features a few upgrades to the Original Kettle. It features a high capacity removable ash catcher, hinged cooking grates for easily adding and moving charcoal in the grill, handles with tool hooks, a lid-hanging hook, and a dome thermometer.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
