Warranty
Masterbuilt warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper assembly, normal use and recommended care for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. The Masterbuilt warranty does not cover paint finish as it may burn off during normal use. The Masterbuilt warranty does not cover rust. Masterbuilt requires proof of purchase for warranty claim, such as a receipt. Labor is not included.

I'm mostly satisfied with my new Masterbuilt 600. Great smoked ribs, seared steaks and more. The ONLY reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because the grill won't link to my Android phone. This was one of the main reasons for choosing the Masterbuilt, so I'm hoping an update to to their app will allow me to use this awesome feature.

I have had this unit for over a month now and it is working great. I found it to be extra smoky using Kingsford coals, so i switched to lump and it's great. I add some wood chunks in too. It's running well and the only negative I had was it took a long time to put together out of the box. Like most grills it does have it's hot spots, but nothing too extreme. Ribs smoke amazingly well and it's a set and forget grill for me. Love!

I have 5 grills/smokers, I keep them all covered, but the Masterbuild doesn't hold up, it's almost totally rusted out.

I'm really loving my Gravity Series 600! This thing is a work horse! It is easy as a pellet grill to use but with real authentic bbq flavor. I've gotten several cooks in now and I want to just keep on cooking. The app works great with my phone and the set up was easy. I really like how you can give you grill Nicknames as well, it makes it fun. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

I love my 800 gravity series smoker, I have cooked pork rib, beef ribs, chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, steaks, burgers, brisket, pork roast, beef roasts. This unit is awsome tempature is steady through the long cooks, the rotisserie is a great option it did require a little tweaking however. I recommend the masterbuilt 800 this has been awsome 👌 great smoke I have only used lump coal and wood chunks.

I would love to have this except I see rust, rust and soon. Love the concept but looks like they are built to be replaced and way too soon. I understand that stainless is more expensive but worth it in less aggravation alone. Think I'll wait till you figure it out

I bought this grill because I love the taste of charcoal for burgers and steaks and wanted the ease of a pellet grill. Wish I would have gone a different route and just bought another propane grill or a pellet grill/smoker. 2 fan replacements and a wiring harness replacement later it has let me down again. It will be going to the curb for the garbage man to dispose of. Not worth the money, frustration, and disappointment of having dinner prepped only to have a grill that doesn't work when you need it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
