Fantastic CS. I received my 26"er from a company store so I didn't have the original receipt or purchase date. My bottom bowl developed a rust spot after 4-5yrs (use it 3-4/week). They sent me a receipt bowl with very little issues or problems. Love Weber!

My father used a Weber grill for as long as I can remember. My wife's family gave us a 22" Weber as a wedding gift. I was blown away. We subsequently bought the two more 22" grills over the years before purchasing our first 26" Weber. We recently bought our second 26" Weber and, in spite of almost endless options, a Weber is the only grill I will ever use. (I've also owned a Smokey Joe Weber for tailgating and have given several of them as gifts over the years.)

Pretty good overall but have experienced a couple of issues. 1: Kettle wobble when moving grill due to looseness of leg connections to kettle body (design issue). 2: Uneven pooling of inside kettle porcelain enamel makes it difficult to move bottom cleaning fins (production issue). Too much liquid porcelain enamel was applied causing a large section to pool near the bottom.

Love the extra grilling space!! Been using 18's forever. The only issue I had the one time I've used it was getting it up to temp. Plan on doing my 2nd bbq this week and will try something different. Can't wait for more accessories to come out for it.

This grill was purchased brand new. There were defective spots on the kettle where paint did not adhere. Be certain to carefully inspect the weber grill or any of their products before using. For the prices Weber asks us to pay for their products; their products should reflect the quality. Fortunately the third party supplier worked with me to right the situation. However, this cost me a Saturday to resolve.

Amazing grill i love it & almost want to but another one just because.I can taco night one weekend & pork butt the next weekend followed by burgers the next weekend.Oh did i forget to mention steaks!

Little disappointing. Quality has not improved. Legs are still just spot welded. My last one broke at these welds. Also the lid on this new one does not fit. Is out of round.

When you're needing more grate space for offset smoking this grill is the answer. I have two 22" Webber grills but if you're smoking a 16lb. brisket you need a bigger grate.

Came with damaged lid first time. Then the 2nd time came with damaged bowl and grates. Poorly made. But I had a buddy help me get gaskets on it so that it could at least function well enough to cook on.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
