Purchased this to upgrade from the 22". After several years of use, the "fins" on the one-touch cleaning system were bent up on my old grill which makes temperature control harder. I wanted to get a larger grill anyway and the 26" seemed like a bargain compared to similar sized ceramic options. My new 26" arrived and after assembly I noticed one of the "fins" on the on-touch cleaning system was already bent up. Pretty disappointed that it was allowed to leave the factory in this condition. A call to the warranty was quick and they put a replacement in the mail. Still waiting on it and annoyed that I'll have to disassemble half the grill to install the new parts myself. I've had the grill for two weeks and still unable to cook on it. Weber should really increase quality control and consider using a more durable material than aluminum their one-touch cleaning system.

We are so sorry to learn the blade was bent out of the box. The blades are made pliable to conform to the bowl, that means they can be bent up or down to fit the bowl. The 26" is the perfect size for my normal cook, not over crowded like my 22" can get or lost on my ranch. After many years of using kettles l pretty much know what to expect from it and how it will cook without much thought. Unfortunately I also have come to accepte some things that I know are just part of the experience, every kettle I have owned has wobble legs, they never feel sturdy, and honestly the wheels are the worst. From my kettles to performer to ranch and even to my genesis, they are not high quality or safe to roll. They have cracked , come apart and rubber has slipped off. I have learned to live with it and the pros outweigh the cons. I have no plans of switching brands and still always tell others buy a weber don't waste your money on anything else.

Bought this to add to my grill collection. The larger size allows us to cook the full dinner on the grill. Same Weber quality as the 22" I have. The lid storage works very well.

Easy to put together. I've had it for a year now and leave it covered outside. I constantly move it around, no issues with the legs/ wheels. It's a big boy, friends and neighbors that have the 22 are all jealous.

No more pellet nightmares! Back to Weber charcoal cooking! So glad! This thing is so big, compared to my old 22". Plenty of room for indirect smoking. Had to learn how little coal it takes to keep temp right for smoking. Very little. One of the provided trays is all you need to smoke for a few hours. Add a few coals here and there, through the handy grate opening. Smoked chicken quarters, ribs, salmon, pork tenderloin so far. Very happy with results. Finally just some good ol' charcoal grilled burgers last night. Yum!

I remember when I first saw this online, almost 10 years ago now if not more. I've had Weber charcoal grills all my life, but when I found the larger grill I instantly fell in love. This thing does not disappoint, an absolute steal for what you are paying for it. The built in thermometer allows you to cook to perfection without having to needlessly lift the lid to check the goods, letting all that hot air escape. Everything else works and functions perfectly just as in the other models, but the added space you are paying for allows for even bigger cookouts. Beer-can chicken with the lid on, no joke. Massive planked fish. I definitely worried about the durability of this product when I first invested in it, but years later it shows no signs of slowing down, and has developed into a well-seasoned cooking machine. The few parts that might breakdown are widely available through the homesite, I believe I had the wheels replaced a few years ago, free of charge. A serious investment for serious grillers, but worth every penny, and affordable enough that anyone can learn to become a seasoned Grill Master in no time!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
