Outstanding. I wish there was a little more stability in the legs but otherwise this is an exceptional grill.

Your not going to get a longer lasting grill for the money than a weber. I've gone through many grills that only lasted a few years or even 1 year before rusting out and becoming unusable. I upgrades my old 20 year 18'' Weber(that still works perfect) to a 26'' so i could do more smoking. Only gripe is that they sent me out a damaged bowl, i called and ordered a replacement and they sent me another damaged bowl that was damaged in the same exact spot. I just don't feel like waiting on hold for another 30 min. to ask for another.

It's everything I had hoped...the extra room on the 26 is really nice. I will be setting it up to smoke and grill. If you are feeding larger groups or like to cook in bulk...this is the one.

WE RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT BOWL FOR A 2 YEARS OLD GRILL. SADLY, THE ORIGINAL BRACKETS WERE NOT ON CORRECTLY AND THE GRILL COLLAPSED. WE LOVE OUR WEBER GRILL AND WERE VERY SAD TO DISCOVER THE MALFUNCTION. AFTER A SERIES OF NO'S, (AS THE LEGS WERE PAST WARRANTY) THE COMPANY REALIZED THAT IT WAS THE BOWL, AND NOT THE LEG, THAT WAS THR PROBLEM. IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THE NEW BOWL SENT. WE ARE USING IT AGAIN THIS WEEKEND AS WE HAVE OUR BIBLE STUDY GROUP COMING FOR DINNER. CANT WAIT

Right out of the box I had damage to the bowl portion of the grill. Great customer service on the warranty getting a replacement bowl, but that one had damage too. In an even worse spot than the first. I have to admit that I am starting to wonder if quality has started to slip and that you are better off buying used ones that are 20 years old.

solid..heavy duty.Kettle should come with meat probe ports. will be using it for the 1st time this weekend first up slow cooked spatchcock chicken! I did modify the lower portion of the kettle with 4 ports for meat probes

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
