Customer Reviews
Purchased from a local retail dealer, assembly was straight-forward and relatively simple. Liked how the side bucket holds a medium-size bag of briquettes. Lights easily, holds heat well, have not tried using anything else but the briquette side compartments for indirect heat. Trusted the Weber name and chose this brand because of the Weber reputation. Have owned the grill since March 2017, used sparingly. Will be sure to inaugurate the spring grilling season once the snow clears from the back patio.
Bought this grill 3 months ago to replace my 15-year-old Weber 22" (not a thing wrong with it ) and love the quality and flexibility. I have grilled steaks,12 hour smoked BBQ brisket, and use it with a wok to fry fish and it just works like a champ!
My wife bought this for me and I love it. I love having the small counter next to the grill and the charcoal holder. Even though this replaced my other Weber kettle, I'll still wheel that one out when I need to do some serious grilling. If this came with the 26", I bet a lot would sell. A little extra real-estate with the counter would be nice.

This is a well thought out design, all my supplies and accessories store perfectly in the side bin and bottom shelf. I had a busted swivel castor upon arrival but Weber rushed replacement to me in a couple of days. I'm very impressed with the quality of materials, it's built to last.
I am very happy with my grill. Perfect size, I like that I can move it around easily and that it has a side table. The thermometer helps me to control the heat. What I would like is the ability to move the grill itself up/down. The timer is not very loud, when time is up.
Best grill I've owned and customer service is amazing!
Simple to use, set up is great. Great for indirect or direct grilling. It's a all one touch grill.
The key feature about this grill was that it had the work space. I previously had the stand alone kettle with no bells and whistles. I always had to pull out a small table or chair to rest things on. Struggle no more there is adequate room to rest you tray of food, utensils, etc. Additionally it was a nice upgrade to have the wire rim that holds the lid so you can easily flip the lid open and not have to worry about the little hook under the lid catching onto the kettle. A nice convenience to have. It is also nice to have the ash catching bucket. Simply detach and dispose of your ashes. No hassle of spilling ashes trying to get the clamp clips off, etc. On the back side there is a notch cut out that you can hang your grate from. I do wish there was one on the front as well, primarily because of how I have mine set up. My grill is on the edge of my deck so it's not as easy/convenient to utilize. It just seems it would be easy to also have a notch machined into the front of the grill. I keep a bag of charcoal and some paper in the charcoal bin, that works well for keeping your charcoal contained and dry (at least with cover on, which I always have cover on when not in use - however read about my issues with cover below) Ultimately I love this grill but I do have some things that knocked one star off. My issues with the grill are: -My grill platform and frame must have been machined a bit 'off' because I could not get 1 of the 4 top screws installed because the holes did not line up. I considered reaching out to Weber about the matter but determined that I can live without this one screw so I did not contact them. I am mindful to not life the grill by the platform edge, I grab onto the frame if it needs to be lifted just to make sure I do not strain the platform surface and potentially bend it. That being said, it was a disappointment to not have it machined 100% correctly and that there is an elevated risk of damage. I also wonder if moisture over time will get into the screw hole/frame and rust. -I am disappointed with the quality of the cover, it's very cheap and thin. Unlike my older kettle that had a nice, thick cover that blocked water this one does not block water. Water/rain will seep through. It was particularly bad on the flat work surface. After the first rain and I noticed this I made a small arm/lift thing to put under the cover on the work surface. This creates a more tent like shape that allows water to roll off. There is reduced contact between the work surface and cover. Since there is no flat surface it reduces waters ability to penetrate and contact the surface. I simply made a base and a vertical 'rod' out of wood, took 1 minute to make with scraps. This contraption certainly improves the functionality of the cover, I have kept it in use for about a year now. Unless Weber improves the cover quality that is provided I would recommend looking into either a higher quality Weber cover (if they make them, I'm not sure - I have not looked) or a third party cover. Ultimately the issues I have with this grill are minor, they do not affect the key aspects of the grill which otherwise functions perfectly and has enhanced my grilling experience. I certainly recommend this grill, Weber makes a quality grill. Aside from the cheap cover I assume my issue with the machining/screw holes not lining up was a fluke that is not standard for most of what they get out to the market.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
