Warranty
Weber Original Kettle grills are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The bowl and lid are warrantied for ten (10) years against rust through/burn through. The One-Touch cleaning system and plastic components are warrantied for five (5) years. All other remaining parts are warrantied for two (2) years.

Great grill! Love the flavor, love the ease of use! However, why is the thermometer located where it is? On some grills, their are either two thermometers or the thermometer is located over the actual cooking area. This grill took about 10 minutes to set up. It was super easy to set up! The taste is amazing! I like my other wood grill, but for a quick hot cook, I prefer this grill.

Bought this for a family BBQ event. After the first round, the ash catcher popped out. This led to an emergency situation/fire hazard. Huge problem!!! Can't even return this back to the store! Destroyed our family weekend. This was also our first time trying a Weber grill.

I would give it a 5 star but it had a big chip and dent on lid , did not see it after I put it together, have some pictures just out of box looks like someone forked it .have not used it yet but it will be fine

Simple good quality BBQ. Perfect size for family dinners and the ash catcher is a must have. I suggest Lump charcoal for the best flavor. We had gas for years and it just wasnt putting out what i wanted. Best purchase of the season.

This grill gets great reviews for a reason. The air controls provide excellent control of grill temperature and some modern improvements kick it up a notch from there. The hinged cooking grate allows you to easily add more charcoal during cooking (optional charcoal baskets recommended) and the ash bin makes ash management a simple, rather than tedious task. If you like charcoal grilling, this is as good as it gets. The added bonus is durability, so you'll be grilling with greatness for a very long time to come.

Easy to assemble, with videos that solved any open questions. A classic beautiful object that grills a perfectly flavored meal. The ash catcher is a game-changer making clean up a breeze, and the quick start chimney makes a last minute decision to grill feasible. I do NOT miss my gas grill! The cover fits well and hopefully will hold up more than the 3-4 years advertised.

I had my last kettle grill for 30 years and I wanted one that had the charcoal pot underneath, I gave my old one away, and I love the new one as well, use it twice a week in the summer time!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
