First off I got this last week and cooked on it twice so far. I don't know why but the burgers come out better than any grill ive owned!! The grill is sturdy, functional and very good looking. I had one of the wheel cover crack putting them on (not a huge deal just aesthetic) but i called customer service and was greeted by a super kind lady that I could actually understand (which anymore is rare) she set up a replacement set at no charge to be sent out. It was so pleasant and easy it was almost scary. I'm over the moon with this grill and it's capabilities. This is my first Weber and will be my only grilling option from this point on. The mix of quality, the pleasing look and the superb customer service is why they get customers and keep customers. A brilliant way to run a company. Other companies should pay attention. If you don't believe it, check the reviews. Thanks WEBER!! You got a lifelong customer!!

I bought my Weber last year and have been itching all winter to get to use it again. Took the cover off last week and it was just as I'd put it away. I was intimidated at first, as I'd always used propane. So glad I pushed myself.

This is my second Performer I've own and like the first one it is an awesome cooker. The quality of the product is outstanding and the various accessories makes the unit versitile and cooking easy. The Performer has everything at your fingertip from charcoal bin to tabletop; the lid holder allows quick access to the grill surface to check on food.

I bought my Performer in 2004 and it is still going strong. In fact, with a good scrub and a couple of user error repairs, it looks almost brand new. My first mistake was parking it on the backyard grass and one of the legs rusted out. The part is actually a C shaped tube with a caster at each end. The second mistake was lifting the unit by the prep surface which, in those days was not metal. It cracked. Not enough to ruin it but a bit unsightly. A call to Weber customer service helped me locate the right parts — a new metal work surface and front leg complete with casters. They also sent me detailed instructions to do both repairs. And everything fit perfectly. And my 12 year old Weber (at that time) looked as good as new.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
