Only negative: I wish the "interior" smaller grill had handles to make it easier to remove from and replace back on (once cleaned) to the larger grill

This grill achieved high ratings on every website that was selling it and every forum that reviewed it. I must have missed the part where it said it was for people learning how to grill. The quality is great, there are plenty of accessories to accomplish different types of cooks, but it's design lends to a lot of wasted charcoal and pigeon holes you into cooking the way "Weber" wants you to. I'm sure it's great for the average griller. This is not a great grill for the already initiated.

This is my third Weber charcoal grill (my first one is with my daughter now, my second resides at my lake house). They last, they perform well, they look cool, and they are backed up with an incredible company support system. Why go with anything else?

I've had this grill for more than three years now and couldn't be happier. The 22" cooking grate is the perfect size to grill meals for the entire family. The added side table is very convenient and probably my favorite feature. The storage bucket for coals and storage rack are also well used features. I can't imagine ever having another grill than the Performer, it's the complete package!

I have had Weber grills for many years. However for convenience (adjacent table and charcoal hide away holder) this one has me sold. Must get Weber utensils to hang on side. Easy to assemble except one must be very careful when putting together wheels so read instructions carefully. Oh the timer and thermometer helps you cook to perfection. Thanks Weber.

I've been enjoying my Grill almost every other day, with steaks, burgers, hot dogs, Leg of Lamb, Short Ribs, Grilled Salmon, Corn on the Cob, Grilled pineapple, My kitchen is looking very lonely right now since the only time we use it is to wash our dishes, and the Refrigerator and Freezer, also our kitchen table isn't being used unless it is raining outside. If I had anything to complain it's that the "Grill Rests" are not long enough from the edge of the bowl. So after I start the fire dump the coals where I want them, and replace the. grill, and start cooking not till then do I notice that I missed a rest, and my screen is tilted.

I wanted to have a charcoal BBQ and thought this model was my best optional, lots of options and well priced. The only drawback is that the lower bowl and lid of the BBQ are a bit thin and the BBQ doesn't retain heat in cool / windy days.

My wife bought this grill for me and I couldn't be happier. My last charcoal grill was a Kingsford and was not as good at maintaining temperature as my Weber grill

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
