So glad we decided to buy another Weber charcoal grill instead of propane. This Weber has so many convenient features (ash bin for easy cleaning, charcoal holder, shelf, utensil hooks) and we still get the fantastic taste that charcoal brings to our food!

Performers are the go to grill makes grilling easy with the table... Even if I'm on one of my other Webers I pull the cover off just to use the table.

This grill has some excellent features. The entire "cart" concept is a major plus for grilling ease. The ash pan is convenient, easy to clean and reach. I was able to assemble it by myself and in a very short time. I'm 70 & female - so don't hesitate to tackle it. I bought the grill because a neighbor has a really old Weber kettle grill and it has lasted for more than 15 years - a plus in my book. I also purchased the wok and the griddle. They are both easy to use and safely sit in the center ring of the grate.The cart is built well and manuvering is a breeze. There are so many features I love about this grill but the best is the overall quality & knowing it will last. I live in a warm climate and grill several times a week. I'm extremely happy with my purchase - you will not be disapointed with this grill.

I've owned a performer grill since around 1998. I've only had to replace them because I moved internationally and couldn't take it with me. I have only two issues, the table absorbs stains and can be difficult to keep clean. Two, I have a large family so, I wish the performer came in different sizes, I.e. 26". Actually there is one other thing, as I get older removing and replacing the ash can is getting more difficult to use. I'm in the market for another grill and I will more then likely buy another Webber whether or not it's another performer or a plan 26" kettle I'm not sure, but I am positive it will be a Webber. Thank you guy's for a life time of great food.

I love my Weber Performer. Temperature is easy to control and the timer is a great feature. The design is brilliant and looks so good. I picked up the sear grate which is perfect for steaks and chops.The gourmet BBQ system is awesome. Having a great time grilling with better results than I ever had before.

I do like the grill. A lot. My husband has a gas grill but I've always wanted a charcoal, Food comes out great. Very tasty. My 2 problems, and I won't let my husband help, I want to learn myself: It takes at least an hour and a half get the temperature up and even then only half the briquettes are gray. I have the vents on the lid & the vent on the bottom both open. Second thing is I can't get the bottom ash holder attached except on one side. Other than that, I love the grill and I'll soon get it right.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
