This is my 2nd Performer. Have always preferred the taste of food on a Charcoal grill from Steaks to fish. The Performer is an excellent grill that makes grilling fun, with ease of starting, and cleanup. Weber has made it a no brainer in a quality reliable product.

This grill is absolutely beautiful and fun to cook on. The propane start and the trays for the briquettes are game changers. Cooking burgers takes only about 6 minutes after a 5 minute start and 15-20 minute burn. I bought the cover and it is good but I would like snaps to secure it tighter so that rain does not accumulate on the side table. The ease of cleaning just terrific and the aroma of true charcoal and smokey flavor of food is second to none. The grill rolls nicely on pavers and locks in place. Bought the Weber Connect and it is very cool but the probes are not water proof and I believe I have ruined two already but it's still great to be able to monitor temps.

In my opinion, the best charcoal grill available. Although the cost to purchase has increased dramatically in the last 5 years, this Weber kettle has a far superior features to the "egg" products available for half the cost!

A super stable grilling platform with a perfect size grill, table, on wheels. Storage for charcoal is super convenient. The propane starter is as great as I thought it would be. I light charcoal in a chimney with the propane and dump right in grill. What could be easier. I highly recommend this grill for all outdoor grilling!

My other Weber kettle grill is almost 45 yrs old and The Performer Deluxe Charcoal grill addresses the short comings of the old one while maintaining great grilling and smoking performance. Specifically: the ash tray is enclosed and removable, containing them until ready for disposal; the lower vent control is also used to scrape the ash into the tray; the grill grate is hinged on opposing sides for easy adding charcoal during cooking; and the propane starter is perfection. I also like the work surface and the charcoal bin that is built in.

I bought the performer to replace my old first addition performer with stainless steel they no longer make the kettle for that. Love the grill, wondering about the durability don't seem to be as well built time will tell

Wish I had originally bought this. Started at the bottom with the lowly kettle. Moved up to Mastertouch. Just to realize I wanted this one. It couldn't replace my big offset, but for small briskets, roasts, and shoulders and everyday grilling, this is the bomb!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
