I bought this grill about 7 years ago and it has done everything that a Weber grill should do. My Dad taught me how to work a Weber. He had a rather unusual weber I have only seen one like it but I know they made them at one time. It was on a wheel barrow frame so it could be moved easily. He had the grill for at least 30 years when he died now my brother has it. This thing can smoke up some awesome ribs. The charcoal holder will hold a full bag of charcoal. The gas charcoal starter is nice also.

Nice build, good quality and easy to put together. As with all Kettle grills, heat control is fairly straight forward using the top and bottom vents. Biggest downfall is attaching the handle and thermometer to the lid of the kettle. Despite adjusting both, there seems to still be heat loss and smoke through the thermometer specifically. It does not seat correctly and it's visible by the angle of the thermometer vs. the collar it goes into before you tighten to the lid. While I find this disappointing, I don't believe it affects the use of the grill. Here is to many years of cookouts on this Performance Deluxe.

Love the gas ignition. Saves a lot of time and no charcoal fluid needed. Also, when I received my product there was a piece that somehow got broken during shipping I assume. I called Weber and they sent me what I needed in less than a week. Great customer service!

The performer deluxe is a game changer for those who do a lot of grilling. The propane lighting mechanism alone allows for a quick, even burn to get the coals hot quickly. With the attached table there is plenty of workspace available for prepping. I highly recommend this product from Weber.

Haven't used the grill yet due to weather but had it assembled in a couple of hours on the day it was delivered. Everything was here and seemed heavy duty. I am impressed with all the features Weber built into this model including propane charcoal igniter, charcoal storage, multi grill oppenings temp gage, timer, ash dump feature, etc. I really like the look of the hammered finish on the work table. Cant wait for weather to warm up so i can use it.

It's been a long time since I've used a charcoal grill. With the gas-flame charcoal lighting feature, it makes getting started so much easier, and no lighter fluid to deal with. The grill heats up quickly, and the charcoal baskets make it easy to control where the heat is coming from. I'm very happy with my purchase.

If you are looking for a do it all grill, you cannot go wrong with a Weber Kettle. If you have the money this specific model makes grilling life easy. Using the onboard gas to start the charcoal is very convenient and the table is handy.

This is my 4th performer - I grill a lot. Clearly love them. Two complaints on this one - both on quality control. One bolt-alignment on one platform hole to top frame made it impossible to insert the bolt. The propane assembly has had a slow leak from day one. If I don't unthread the propane between starts the tank bleeds empty over 3-5 days.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
