Grill lid does not fit well and air duct does not entirely close in the kettle. Poor quality control of finished product. Have had same model before and this product not finished as I would expect.

I love this grill. This is the 4th one I've bought. The first two I had to give to friends when we moved into living situations that I couldn't use them for. The third one I bought for my son. We bought our final (we're getting old) house recently and the first thing we had delivered to it was a new grill.

this grill is awesome. The grill we replaced was a weber also that lasted 17 yrs and the only thing that we replaced was the ignition system.This is a well made item but what i don't understand is the concept of the circular grate. I know its there to add charcoal if using indirect cooking but every time you remover the grate ,the circular part comes off, it shoould be hinged somehow to the grate but its not,it just doesn't make sense to me.Other than that we love this grill.

This is a great grill for smoking or grilling. It has a propane starter for the briquettes and so easy to use.

Well designed. Has space for everything that needs to be close at hand. Gas charcoal lighter is a game changer. Only knock is the shelf. The paint chips easily. I chipped mine just tightening the screws. Laying down my spatula also produced a large gash. It needs to be powder coated.

Overall, I like the new performer grill. The one area that is not as good my old Deluxe grill is the ash catcher, it is made out of thinner metal, and the way it fastens it harder to use. My other grill i had for 15 years.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
