4 out of the 6 screws attaching the table/kettle to the frame won't go in properly. Didn't get much help from support except a new set of screws. Saw some similar complaints online, not sure how to fix it other than tap out the holes which requires new equipment.

My first kettle and I keep asking myself why did I wait so long this is AWESOME the propane lighting charcoal is a huge time saver. The kettle itself is very well built holds heat forever I've found I use a lot less charcoal than I ever did in the past with other brands I had a problem with my lid it was dented in shipping and customer service was amazing to work with my new kid was FedEx out in no time at all. If your on the fence about buy a Webber don't be just do it you won't regret it

A good grill that is easy to use. I really like the center opening in the grill, and the charcoal baskets. It means that I rarely need to lift the grill to adjust the fire. The auto-start feature works well. I put the charcoal in the baskets and turn the gas on for a minute or two and then just wait for the charcoal to be ready. The built in work space is also a big plus for me. On the down side it is pretty heavy and a bit hard to move - It really needs a handle.

Love the prep table and the propane start! Not a fan of the upgraded grill rack that removes a section of the center. It comes out too easily when cleaning/scraping and can fall into the briquettes.

Easy to put together and the propane start works great! Added the searing grill and it turns out great steaks. Very happy with this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
