After reading your guidelines, what's the point. The propane gas lighter doesn't work. It leaks very slowly so when I come back in a few days to use it again, the bottle is empty. This has happened twice now. For what my wife paid for this, where is quality control?

This is an excellent charcoal grill! I originally had a Weber kettle and the table space is a game changer as well as the charcoal bin which makes things very convenient.

I've owned a number of kettles in the past and another performer, but the ease of lighting briquettes with this model makes it very easy to make a last minute decision to throw food on the grill and cook outdoors

When I am ready to grill everything is right there. The charcoal is in the bin. My Weber rapid-fire chimney is on the shelf below. No need to look for my starter cubes. The propane starter lights immediately, and away we go. Using the Weber app with directions for temperature control is spot on. I'm really enjoying this.

I have had your large kettle models since 1986 and the lids all had a hook on the inside to hang the lid on the side. However, my new lid has no hook. Can you imagine my surprise to the lack of a hook? I am using my previous Weber's lid with the hook. The exclusion of the hook on my new model is a major oversight. Where am I supposed to put the lid while I tend to my meat and chicken?

I love this bbq. Very well made, high quality. I like the charcoal bin and electronic ingition. Both are well designed and work great. I highly recommend this unit and would buy again. Also, I needed to order a part as a wind storm broke part of the frame. I was able to locate the schematic online, determine the part I needed, and order over the phone. The support was great and I was able to fix the bbq with no issues. Keep up the great service! Its rare these days.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
