Best charcoal grill and so easy to use. Just attach a Coleman gas can to the grill, add charcoal and light the grill for 3 minutes and 15-20 minutes later you're ready to start cooking. I have these grills for at least 15 years and will hopefully have one for a longtime.

I have a 2013 model in Michigan and now that I'm a snowbird in FL I just bought another for here. I only had two gripes (side table material and ash disposal) with my old one and the current model fixed them both. The side table is easy to clean and the ash is much easier to empty. I was buying it anyway, but was delighted you made those changes

Grill looks great. Easy to light up and to achieve high temperature. Only one thing which is slightly inconvenient is that central part of the grid is falling in while cleaning.

I bought this Performer Deluxe (my third one since 1993) and I am having the same issue that I had on the previous 2, the ignitor flame is weak, woosh-woosh noise, sometimes goes out. Grill is 10 months old.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
