I love the grill, cooks just like my old Weber kettle grill. The propane charcoal starter is really nice, my location is usually windy, and it still lights the charcoal with ease. For the price I would have thought a paper towel holder could have been incorporated somehow as an added feature. Love the side table, which my old kettle obviously did not have. Overall very happy with the grill.

I am a long time Weber grill owner but this is my first Perfomer Deluxe. I have owned both Weber charcoal and gas grills and this one is the best for us now.

Great grill! All the benefits of a charcoal grill (Flavor and sear), all the amenities of a high end gas grill. Love the gas charcoal lighter!

All the capabilities (and limitations) of a classic Weber 22" kettle in very helpful cart that simplifies moving the grill around, provides an acceptable size working surface and convenient hooks to hang most-used tools.

Not thrilled about the removable center grill. It should have been an optional item. The timer on the grill is also not needed, since a thermometer is more important

This grill has every conceivable charcoal grill option. There's nothing left to add except perhaps a personal chef. That said, some of the stuff is semi-worthless. The timer thing is hard to read. I usually use my phone. The gas starter is nice, but not really any better than the chimney-type starter. In fact, I may go back to that as I have already burned through a couple of gas bottles and ran out on Sunday. The most frustrating part was when the plastic knob on the top MELTED. This "feature" is standard on the top of the line models. However. if you heat the grill up to Warp 9, as I like to do the sear steaks, the knob overheats and melts. Fortunately, Weber's first-class customer service FedEx'd me a replacement top the next day. FYI, the plastic knob can be removed easily (if it is not melted). Knowing what I know now, I would probably buy one with out the starter. However, if that is your preferred thing, then this is hard to beat.

Love my Weber charcoal grill. The gas starter is easy and quick and I never have to buy charcoal lighter. This is our second performer grill and I wouldn't want any other. It's a perfect grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
