It takes forever to cook and can't regulate the temp. Would never buy a charcoal grill that costs this much every again.

Easy to move from one area to another. The lid holder and bin work great. The movable center grill is a real plus. Replaced a 30 year old basic Weber Charcoal Grill.

I received one of these as a father's day gift and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for our vacation/soon to be retirement home. The propane ignition quickly ignites the charcoal. I live in the Mid Atlantic region and have 4 distinct seasons. I grill year round with this grill Love it.

Just started using the grill. Love the charcoal grilling experience again. Done with gas grilling. Just learning to adjust the heat settings for this new grill. So far everthing is great.

The grill is easy to use and they have tought of many ways to make grilling better. We love the propane starter so we can use regular charcoal and no lighter fluid. One critique - the timer alarm is so quiet that you can miss it going off...even if it's with you and your just having a conversation. I wish it was louder.

Love the little propane bottles, no more worrying about an out of date propane bottle or running out of propane when I am lighting the charcoal. the new charcoal holders are a better idea than the old half moon steel racks (funny how 20 years of progress pays off)

I like the grill. Problem is that the last one I had was 20 plus years old and I preferred the design to what you have now. The top was metal and you could lift it up to get access to the coal. Similarly, in the same compartment, you could use a larger propane canister that rested inside on a hook. Much more preferable than what you have now.

Could not be more happy with this Weber charcoal kettle grill. We had one years ago and decided to give it a whirl when our 25 year old gas grill needed to have the grates and burners updated….not sorry either. That distinctive charcoal taste took me way back. Looking forward to doing a Boston butt like I used to. Happy grilling to all!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
