The grill is excellent, and works really well. My only significant beef (no pun intended) is with the quality of the instructions. They could be a lot more clear, and there could be more descriptive text rather than such heavy reliance on illustrations. This is particularly true regarding the entire mechanism of feeding the gas to the flame.

This is a great grill. I've owned Webber charcoal grills for over 40 years. Parents owner Webber as I was growing up. Nothing beats a Webber charcoal grill, except maybe a Webber Charcoal Grill that lets you light the charcoal so effortlessly. Side table keeps everything within an easy reach. Wife thinks it is great as well. we all love the green.

Glad to see a metal table back. My 1st one had the stainless lid, 2nd plastic table, didn't last as long and harder to keep clean. This is my 3rd one, so needless to say I love the Performers. Also have a regular 22" Kettle.

After almost a month from purchasing this "high-end" grill I have not been able to use it due to a manufacturing welding defect in the grate. Call weber directly the same day and they promised to send a new one which so far I have not received.

I bought the Performer Grill about two years ago. Being no stranger to the Weber Kettle I was amazed at how much easier my grilling became. The charcoal is out of the way in the bin; the quick lighting with a gas bottle speeds up grilling time. The Performer is easy to clean and stows away with little effort. The thermometer tells me when the grill is ready!! This the best Weber ever.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
