Love the grill but the cover, not so much. You sent me a replacement cover, thank you but it's exactly like the one I complained about. When the wind blows, even a little, it comes off, it has one velcro strap, right rear bottom. you have to lay on the ground to attach it and it doesn't keep the cover on in wind. Needs a waist high belt type strap like my Genesis has. It is easy to get to and never blows off

When we moved a couple of years ago, we left our gas grill behind and did not replace it until now. We saw that Weber had a kettle with a gas starter (the Performer Deluxe), so we decided to try it. It's been great. We love the charcoal flavor and not having to use starter fluid. We look forward to improving our BBQ talents in the next year with a Weber that is easy to use. The stand is easy to move around, the table top is super convenient, and we love how the kettle top opens and fits in a fool proof holder. Thanx, Weber!

I love this grill! It is fast and easy to prepare a bed of hot coals that are ready in minutes to provide a bed of coals delivering delicious flavor to food. The very first bite of the first steak I grilled was enough to remind me why I ditched my gas grill!

Sadly, that there is no place to hang my grill while the fire is starting, the old model provided a hanger. In addition, the removable round center in the grill dictates placement in a flat spot during start-up. Storage spot for my "Ove-Glove" would also be a plus. On the old model, it fit neatly under the lid on the starter control deck. The "hangers" for tools are pretty but not nearly as practical as hooks.

I had a weber kettle for years before this and used it all the time. I never thought that spending this much money on a charcoal grill was worth it. I was wrong! This was a great upgrade. Having the table right next to the grill and the storage rack under the grill has just made everything more convenient and enjoyable. The gas system works great as well. I already had a charcoal bin, so I just use the built-in bin as a trash can and that's pretty handy. All these thing s are great, but for me, the lid holder is the icing on the cake. No more sitting it on the ground. Or, trying to hang it on the side of the kettle.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
