Great grill, this is my third Performer, still have my fist generation model from 1995, have had to obviously replace parts over the years but it still works beautifully.

As my first ever charcoal grill I'm sure happy I dove in head first. This thing is amazing and the propane ignition to get the coals going is awesome. Haven't decided yet if I'm still going to buy a chimney or not. But I've cooked burgers, dogs and some London Broil steaks on it and the flavor is unreal. Never going back to propane. Also really enjoy the ritual of bringing the charcoal up to temp and just sitting outside enjoying the day. The large work table is amazing and easy to clean and great place to prep the meat and what not. The hangers for your tools come in handy. The lid cradle is awesome few of my friends have weber kettles and they always have to place theirs on the ground and so happy I don't. The charcoal bin well haven't decided what to do with that yet. Whether to use as intended for or as a trashcan. The wire grate at the bottom is nice. I keep a roll of paper towels there extra grabber that I lift the main grate with some cherry wood chunks and my cleaning brush and some canola oil. I season my grates before each use. Still figuring out all the ins and outs of it and how to adjust the temp but loving this adventure.

Best combo grill and smoker I've ever had. Did an 18 hour brisket, held steady at 225. Was the best brisket I've ever cook.

In over 40 years of relying on Weber grills, as far as charcoal grills go, this one is by far not only the nicest, but also the easiest to use. The ignition is a really nice feature and a definite time saver, and the stability of the unit is far superior to the tri-pod grills. Especially is this important if there are young ones playing and happen to get too close to the grill. Still very important to watch the little ones, but it would be pretty tough for one of them to tip this unit over. So overall, I give Weber 5 stars on a product well made.

I love the concept of the propane starter. It makes starting the charcoal so easy. I only cook with charcoal. I actually gave away my gas grill. It's my second one so I really like them.

We initially had a huge problem with the propane leaking between the regulator and the flame when the gas was turned off. We went through an entire bottle of gas in a week when we only grilled twice. We called customer service and received a new regulator kit in a couple days. The leak has been resolved. This is our 2nd Weber charcoal grill that is started with propane. It's so nice to not smell the traditional charcoal lighter fluid.

Had a delay on this review since it was a birthday gift to my husband. He is extremely happy with it and can't stop thanking me for it. He has managed to use it every single night since he recieved it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
