not a very happy customer, I purchased this model less than a year ago and the paint is already coming off the lid. I've been a lifelong weber grill fan, Got my first weber grill when i was 19 and have always trusted this brand. It seems like this brand, Weber. like all other manufacturing in the usa has gotten cheap on its on its quality of products. I'd have to really think hard about making another weber purchase.

We are here to help! We do not use paint on our grills, only porcelain enamel. If you are noticing chipping, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your grill is covered by a comprehensive warranty, so we can definitely help in the unusual instance there is a problem. If you are seeing a paint-like material underneath that is flaking away, it is likely carbonized grease. This is a natural byproduct of grilling and can be easily cleaned. I really like the new features on this charcoal grill the propane charcoal igniter, the timer, charcoal storage bin, the flip open and hold feature for the lid, and the flip open easy access grill grates to gain entry to the charcoal fire if you need to ad more fuel. Table top also is a nice finish.

I've waited about a year to purchase this grill and it is everything, well, almost everything, I've wanted in a charcoal grill. I love the ignitor feature and the cover rack, and the ash catcher is easy to work with. The cart is sturdy and spacious, and the charcoal bin is wonderfully handy. I use it for lump charcoal and my old carry one for standard briquets. The grill does shut down to put the fire out for the most part. The only two things I would add is a way to raise and lower the lower grate for searing, rather than have to build up a two-level fire, and a second damper to close the small holes left after the main dampers are shut. Yes, both ways of saving charcoal. I'm very pleased with the grill!

Awesome product. Assembly instructions were clear. Only complaint—the metal grill rack located above coals should be one piece, not two. If it were one piece I would have rated the grill 5 stars.

Went back to charcoal from my pellet , love the propane assist . I miss the large cooking area from my last one but this gets the job done!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
