Webber has really taking the grill to a new level! Having the fire starter apart of the grill is awesome. I purchased this grill for the wife as a gift, let's just say she loves having quality BBQ several times a week cooked for her. A couple times throughout the week I let her take the lead, but I'm right there as the wing man. Great product!!! We love it.

This is our second one. We now have one at the cabin and one at home. Charcoal is the best. This grill has everything. Storage, easy charcoal lighting and room to set things on.

Love the grill. This is my second one. Had the first one 20 some years. The ignition didn't work anymore . Like the setup so much and prefer the charcoal over all gas, so purchased another one. Definitely not disappointed Like the newer features

I am a repeat customer. The Performer is a great product. However, it came with a non functioning setting for a bolt for the workplace platform, and no way to hook up the charcoal bin. Disappointing.

This is my second Performer. The old one finally gave up the ghost after almost 20 yrs of faithful service. The new model is just as awesome. Weber has learned a thing or two in 20yrs! The prep table is now steel, not that plastic that cracked when you tried to lift the grill to roll it over rough ground. The electronic ignition is very nice . One tweak that warms my heart. The lid holder on the side is now much deeper, so the lid sits lower allowing us Lefties to tend to whatever is cooking without contortions. BRAVO!! One criticism, the "charcoal bin", is useless in humid climates. I live in Tidewater Virginia. where it is very humid, very often. 2 days of 90% humidity and the charcoal is soaked and useless. Buy a container with a sealing lid. All in all an outstanding, well designed, well constructed grill. Final thoughts: 1. Buy a good waterproof cover, and use it!. 2. Buy a rotisserie attachment, it is worth the expense. Enjoy it!

This is my 3rd Weber Kettle. Kettle 1 and 2 are still going strong, but sometimes you need a new shiny toy. Still learning it's quirks, but I'm getting amazing results with this one. Who would have thought a side table would be this much of a game changer, but I'm hooked now. Also that propane igniter will get a chimney of charcoal going lickety-split. I'm spoiled now. And it just tastes SO much better than gas. It's a winner. The assembly instructions though. I've put together a lot if IKEA furniture in my lifetime. I'm not bad at assembling things. But these instructions were pretty bad. Watch a video, or just power through guessing. You'll probably still get it put together faster than I did. Still worth it though.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
