If you've ever used a Weber kettle, you know how awesome and versitile they are. The Performer Deluxe is the best version of the kettle you can get. Tons of usable storage, a large prep table, a sturdy cart to hold it all, and propane ignition that makes lighting charcoal as easy as it's ever been. There's a reason the kettle's been around since the 1950's, and this is the best it's ever been.

The ash dump bucket falls off. Mine is 3 months old. Worked great one time.

I have been a natural gas griller for 20+ years and loved the Weber grill I had until a leak developed in my gas line under my patio. Decided to abandon the gas (too expensive to replace) and go to charcoal. The kettle grill has been great and the taste difference is so much greater. I had forgotten how much better the taste is with charcoal. Love the new grill and hope to expand my cooking on it.

I have a Summit and I haven't cooked with coals for several years. A buddy of mine has a Performer and I used it to cook several steaks and chicken thighs. I absolutely loved the easy of firing up the coals, the easy cover holder and the venting system. The ease of cleaning by removing the base was also a big plus. Well, my birthday and Father's Day gift this year was a Performer. I bought some lump charcoal and broke this in by smoking some wood and coals for a few hours prior to use to season it. I did 2 3-pound tomahawks on this and they turned out great. It's early so durability here in the Seattle area remains to be seen (I bought a cover of course) but so far I really enjoy it.

Versatility, functionality, consistency, and simplicity across all grilling options. This is my third Weber kettle, and second Weber Performer. I also own a Weber Smokey Mountain, and I'd never even consider another grilling option. The only negative I have is that the set up/installation instructions, while visually informative, definitely needs a verbiage upgrade. I downloaded the BILT app, but it also didn't provide the necessary written installation instructions.

It's the ONE. After 26 years with our 22" Charcoal grill, we wanted to upgrade, but still have charcoal. Now we have charcoal with propane AND working area table!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
