My new grill is amazing. The prep area is the perfect size for dishes so you can add or remove food from the grill. The storage area for the charcoal is large enough to hold an entire large bag of product. The lid slides to the side to ensure it is out of the way yet stored effectively. This grill is highly recommended.

I've only used it once, but I must say I enjoyed cooking my brisket in it with indirect cooking. I especially liked the sell igniter that uses the propane fuel to keep your wood or charcoal cooking until it was good enough to burn on its own.

This is my 4th Performer grill and I have loved them from the 1st generation "SS" Performer that I purchased 30+ years ago. The best of both worlds having charcoal cooking with the convenience of gas to start the charcoal! What could be better? I have been a Weber grill owner/user for over 50 years. The newly added center "cut-out" in the grill is convenient for adding the charcoal before igniting with the only complication is handling it to remove and replace it. I have ordered a grill grate lifter to give a try. The composite work top is easy to clean. The igniter seems a bit "sluggish" and I have had to turn off the gas and retry each time I have used the grill. Someone frustrating, but not too much so. Overall, love this grill!

My first bbq was a Webber. As a lifelong outdoor grilling enthusiast, I have experimented with a variety of different brazier cookers. I'm back to Webber for my last grill. I like kettle cookers because they don't need constant tending. By using the indirect method I can walk away for 45 minute intervals and the charcoal lasts a long time. I chose the deluxe performer because of the features, although the propane start is convenient the valve is not of good quality and does not fully close and the propane slowly leaks out. I got 5-5minute starts out of a full bottle. I expected longer use. I like the the temperature control it allows me to match the cooking time with the correct temperature. I give this product a 4 star review because one of the prime features could be better.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
