The grill is great 4.5/5 stars. It was a little bit of a chore putting it together, but some of the more tedious parts came preassembled: rotating ash sweeper, lid vent, lid handle, etc. Their holder is a little tricky to assemble, and the bolt head that secures it to the inside/bottom of the grill snapped the first time I put the lid in it. HOWEVER, Weber customer service is great. Immediately responded to my warranty claim. The product was on backorder, but I received it ~1.5-2 weeks after submitting the claim. Easy process to complete. You pay a little extra for a Weber but the service is top notch. Reason for the 4.5 star rating (1/2): the timer and its plastic housing - The timer and the plastic mounting seem very cheap & flimsy. I'm guessing it was just put on the grill to cover the propane ignition button. - There is no use for a timer these days. My phone has one. My phone stays in my pocket and is easier to set timers, alarms, etc. - the Weber timer seems like a up-charge add on rather than a value add feature - I'd be happier if the plastic housing was modular and allowed me to mount an after market thermometer Reason for the 4.5 star rating (2/2): Grill grate holder: - the holder on the rear side of the grill stand is nice; however it's not in a useful, easy to reach position if your grill backs up to a wall, deck railing, etc. - hanging the grill grate is tricky. The flaps fold out, and the center circle does not stay put. - Easy modification/fix I made was buying 2 'S hooks' that allow me to hang the grate at a right angle so gravity does not cause the flaps to open. They are thing and long enough to hold both the grate and the removable center circle. Would have been great if these were included or the design was modified to work on all OEM grates. All in all, it's a great grill. Retains heat & smoke well, study, table is easy to clean, and it looks good.

I've had my blue kettle performer for over 20 years. Love cooking on it. Easy to get replacement parts. Going to purchase the rotisserie for my performer grill. Love my Weber grills

I love this grill!! The propane starter does extremely well, takes about 12-15 minutes to get the charcoal going, 20 minutes total to start grilling without the starter fluid smell. The charcoal bin is very convenient and keeps the charcoal dry, even when it's raining without the cover on, which happened the day I first used the grill while I was waiting to let it cool down :( I have a gas-fired Weber grill which is 6 years old, we use it at least once a week year round, and it still works perfectly. I expect this one to do the same as the quality is excellent on both.

This is a great grill. I hated putting it together but once it was assembled, it is incredibly simple to operate. I love how easy it was to ignite and grill to perfection. It makes grilling very accessible to those of us who don't want to mess with a chimney or unhealthy lighter fluid. Clean up is also super easy. Love this!

Fantastic grill. Takes some learning as to how much charcoal to use and get the temperature where I want it. Still trying to get both charcoal pans lit at the same time, but lighting each one separate works fine. The Weber Connect thermometer was a bit of a hassle to get connected to my phone, but after 3 resets on my phone and the thermometer, it's now connecting properly. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

My first charcoal grill, been using a pellet grill for a long time now and wanted to add to my BBQ equipment. It's super nice having charcoal right there, tucked neatly underneath. The starter flame works well and at least using a charcoal basket, lit the charcoal about as quickly as the chimney starter. Using the grill itself is much easier to manage than I thought it would be. Temperature changes are slower than a pellet grill, that was expected, but they are easily manageable. The experience is what I like the most. The taste, smell, and flexibility of being able to use direct and indirect heat is great. The timer is useful and easy to use. I love having the table setup instead of having to figure out where to put a cutting board with meat on it before I open the grill up and put it on. Also makes using utensils very easy. The table is also high quality. It's not cheap, thin metal and weak tubing. Bigger wheels are plenty stout but you can't beat up the casters too much, they're pretty basic plastic. Overall, it's everything I wanted it to be. Nothing was disappointing. Great grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
