I own a Weber genius and a Weber Smokey mountain. I love the Weber brand and customer service. So when I decided to add a charcoal bbq to my family of grills naturally I had to go with another Weber. You won't find a better product or customer service than Weber.

Used the grill last season and very happy to go back to charcoal without the smell of lighter fluid or slow startup of a chimney. The grilling rack cleans very easily. One feature which could be improved is the ash tray could be easier to remove and replace.

I got my Performer deluxe charcoal grill as a birthday present to myself. I bought it to replace a One touch platinum from 2010. To be honest there was nothing wrong with my old grill I just wanted a new one. In fact it was gifted to my nephew and he is as happy as I am! Here is what I like; 1)The temperature control is amazing. I can keep this grill at a steady 250 or 400 for hours with little effort. 2) the ability to light the charcoal with one touch and be ready to cook in 15 minutes is awesome. 3) After I finish a grill session I close the cover and close the bottom and to vents. In 1 hour and 15 minutes the grill is cool to the touch and I can cover it and put it away. The benefit here is that no water gets in. (Water + Ashes = Grate eating corrosive mess.) So cleanup is a snap. 4) It looks great too. Here is what I don't like. On assembly I had a stripped bolt on the lid holder. This could have been a big issue but I happen to have a tap and die set and was able to recut the threads. I never called customer service but my dealings with them in the past have been excellent. There you have it. This is an amazing grill.

I use my grill all year round. Easy to light charcoal (love the starter), and easy clean up (just empty the basket of ash). Has even temperature throughout grill which is easy to control. It saves on charcoal. Easier to use than a gas grill and gives better flavor to food. I also like the metal top on the cart, timer, basket for storage, grates that can be lifter on the side or removed in the middle for varied grilling techniques, charcoal baskets, locking wheels, Weber customer service and warranty, Highly recommend this.

So easy to use and clean. Provides great flavor, good temperature management and consistent flavor. I've owned many grills. Wish I had had this one first.

I bought my first over 40 some years ago.....and still using it.....but I bought the new Webber deluxe 22inch grill after seeing my son's.....I just had to get one too....love love my new grill

This is my second Weber charcoal grill. Master touch the first, it lasted 22 years. The Performer Deluxe with touch-n- go cooks even better than the last.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
