This grill was highly recommended by experts I trust so when I decided to upgrade my previous Weber, I splurged. The ash catcher is much easier to empty than my previous one and I like the style and convenience of this one. I'm looking forward to next summer so I can see all this baby can do.

I'm aficionado of BBQ using real briquets, so this works great for me! The only thing I've not been crazy about in the past is starting the briquets. With the propane starter on this unit, the briquets are ready in 10 minutes. The attached table and briquet storage bin keeps things organized and handy.

We had a prior similar model and used it for well over ten years. The gas starter is awesome, and it's great to have the tabletop next to the grill.

I bought this grill to replace my old performer ,I love the charcoal lighter feature no need for fluid . I also like the charcoal bin for storage no more running to the shed for the bag of charcoal. The counter top is great to for setting food on for the cookout. Good job Weber I'm a lifer

I love the grill, but I would like to see shorter bolts on the sides as it makes it difficult to put the grill back in after the charcoal is ready.

I bought this BBQ at the end of 2016. Mid-way into 2017 we noticed the paint was cracking and starting to rust. We cover it the majority of the time so I was very surprised to see this happen so soon into our experience. On a more positive note, one of the wheel covers was damaged and they promptly replaced it. It's wonderful to cook on but improved R&D/technology in developing rust proof paint and exterior quality might be a good way to spend their profits.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
