I had the previous version of this grill for about ten years and was pleased with its features and performance. Moving to a new house -in a different state- prompted me to retire and replace the old machine. The newer model has a better battery powered ignition system (my old one's flint spark stopped working after about five years,) an improved ash catching bucket, a center removing grill option and a better thermometer. It also has a timer which is kinda lame and I don't use it. Otherwise it's the same cooker I knew and appreciated, and I expect to get at least 10 years of great grilling out of it.

I have the old Deluxe Performer overs 10 years old and still strong. They changed the ignite to electric mine is the old fashion push button. We had to do a slight tune up change the ignition switch and of course the grates now and then but ours works like it's brand new! Weber fan for over 20 years here and I have owned many over the years. The performer holds special place in my heart. We do both gas and charcoal the best of the two performer is best on coals genesis is best on gas. The Weber Q the small portable is great but the full size not a fan grilles rust hard to clean and expensive to replace. We keep our grilles covered in the rain and uncovered in the summer. Summer time we grille at least 3 to 4 times a week. Performer is the way to go for coals.

I've had it a year. From grilling steaks to smoking tri-tip and St. Louis style ribs, the 22-1/2" Weber Kettle does it all. The performer adds a nice worktop and gas charcoal lighting to the mix. When it comes to food and fire, there's nothing you can't do with a Weber kettle. I've been so delighted with weber's Service and quality, I just purchased a Genesis II SE 410 for my gas grilling needs. Wow - that reads like I'm a shill! I'm not, just a happy customer.

I am about 85% happy, I have two in the US and one in South Africa. I cook on my grilles 6 to 7 times a week. Fantastic flavors and easy to control temp. Issues I have are the following 1) The gas igniter on 2 of my grilles quit about 3 to 4 months after purchase and I do not see anywhere that I can order a replacement one. 2) Wheel hubcaps(silver disc) broke after a year of owning. I leave the grilles in the same spot all of the time so it was not broken by moving it. (brittle) I did move for the pic. 3) The gray work table cleans easy but discolors in places, when cleaning, if you rub firmly in one place it gets darker, almost like the paint is coming off but it does not appear to be coming off.

This is my second grill by Weber and I totally love it. The heat consistency is why I buy Weber. I have a gas grill by Weber I've had for 4 years still cooks like it did out of the box. I wanted this grill for awhile so I bought it and man was I impressed. Having all the features to me is everything especially when cooking fish or steaks. Thanks Weber for making the best grill you can buy in my opinion

I bought this grill a few months ago. One negative is that the box didn't have all the parts for the lid holder. I called and customer service sent out the parts the next day. This is my 2nd performer in 10 years.

Nice but it should have come with the same setup as the master touch with a warming rack. Also the center removable part of the grill needs to be designed to lock into place with a twist so the whole grill grate can be removed as a unit when you redesign this send me a test unit for the suggestion.

Just replaced my old Performer grill after 15 years. The new one is very similar but this one has the timer which is convenient. However, there are no instructions on how to operate the timer and it is not easily removable from its holder. One other thing is that the table top was defective when I opened the packaging but Weber immediately mailed me a new one.

I bought this girl about a year ago. It has been a great purchase. The option to light my coals with gas makes this grill very enjoyable. We bought the rotisserie ring and love it. Not only can you rotisserie food, the ring gives you extra height so you can do beer can chickens or ducks. Not to mention that doing a turkey on the rotisserie is the best turkey I have ever had! I have smoked briskets, pork shoulders and ribs. We have enjoyed countless chicken, fish and beef dinners made on this grill. We are very happy to find that the cover for the grill holds up very well to direct sunlight and brutal winters. Along with the cover and the rotisserie I also upgraded to the Webber temperature probes. Both the iGrill2 and the Webber instant read thermometer! If you get nothing else get the igrill2. Lol. My only complaint is that there is no where to put the center section of the grill grate when you are preheating the coals or needing to remove it while the coals are hot so you can situate things. I have had to make a little stand to put on my grill or I have to put the grill grate on cement block nearby so that it doesn't ruin the beautiful table that comes with the grill. There is a spot for the entire grate but the center simply falls out. Definitely do not hesitate to purchase this grill.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
