This grill is everything it was promised to be, from installation through operation. It looks sharp, works easily, cooks evenly, and has provided me with several delicious charcoal-grilled meals. I've waited a couple of seasons before purchasing this and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

I have owned my current weber for 9 -10 years. I am getting ready to purchase a new one. I use lump coal; lump coal smells like wood no artificial starter. I also use the igniter to light my charcoal starter for to use in a weber smoker.

No complaints - the Performer Deluxe delivers on all its promises. This is my 3rd Performer. Have been a fan for the last 20 years and a Weber enthusiast for 35 years. The updated features, such as the 90 degree lid opening, ash catcher improvement and improved ignition system are spot on.

Have had this now for 6 months, and I love it. Makes grilling so much easier. Especially the clean up. Had a problem with the igniter, and they replaced it immediately. No hassle, no charge. All in all a great buy.

I searched high and low for the ultimate charcoal grilling experience. Green eggs and all their high priced ham. Nonsense. Paid the price with off brands and no purchasable parts. Junkyard! Then I came back home. Weber Performer Deluxe. Every tweak dialed in perfectly for a great grilling experience every time. And the cover does not blow off like many other covers.

I bought this grill because I was tired of replacing burners in my gas grills. This grill has great temperature control, and even heat through out . Once you get used to cooking with charcoal and experience the great taste the charcoal gives your food you will never want to go back to gas. The only thing I would have liked the grill to be a little bigger, wish you could get this one in a 24 inch other than that this grill is perfect

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
