I have owned weber kettles for over 30 years and love them. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the plastic cover that holds the timer. The timer has to be wedged in with a piece of cardboard according to the assembly directions. I think weber can do better than that !

After purchasing the Performer Deluxe, I didn't use it right away. I was almost intimidated by it and just enjoyed looking at how great it looked on my patio. What a joy when I finally fired it up. It's fast to heat up, convenient and easy to use. It works like a charm and I'm enjoying it immensely.

I bought this grill over 10 years ago, and I still absolutely adore it. When I asked about this from the "home improvement store, the clerk said there was no such thing, that's how "new" this concept was. We went on their website to order. No lighter fluid smell, ready to use in about a half hour. I have cooked everything from hamburgers to a 8 pound pork loin on this thing and recommend it to everyone I know. Best grill EVER!

I bought this BBQ in 2008 and it is still going strong. I have replaced the bottom grill, top grill and just now (2018) replaced the ignition system. Have kept it clean and it has run strong now for 10 years. It is the perfect combination of gas ignition and charcoal grilling. Could not be more pleased. The Charcoal bucket and built in table make this the ultimate charcoal grill.

We had a Weber grill for quite a number of years and then for some reason we decided to change to a gas grill. Well, after several years of that we are back to a Weber again! It really is the simplest and most easy grill on the planet to use and maintain. We are very happy with our Performer Deluxe Charcoal Grill 22" by Weber!

I have a five year old Performer Deluxe and I needed to buy another grill. It was an easy choice because of the versatility and easy lighting. I got another Performer Deluxe and was delighted to see several refinements. The shield on the handle keeps it (a little) cooler. The removable grill piece in the middle is really nice! I use a round charcoal holder for indirect heat and putting the charcoal in the middle and removing the middle of the grill is perfect. The hinged cover over the lighter is aggravating and the timer is useless, at least for me. A probe thermometer would be genuinely useful. Anyway, Weber - Keep up the good work! You are absolutely my favorite grill maker.

I purchased this Performer for my son and his new wife as a wedding gift. I have two Performers of my own and I will never grill on anything than a Weber. I purchased my first Weber kettle in 1980 and have never considered another grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
