I bought it a year ago, and now I can't ignite the gas.. I need to buy the starter and trust the old tech :( to repair, I don't even know what broke. I feel disappointed

Enjoy the convenience of the gas start, especially when it's cold outside. Not a fan of the grate with the removable center, and lid doesn't fit correctly.

I bought this grill this spring and probably use it about 3-4 times a month. I love the table, it was fairly easy to assemble, I like the rollers, and really like the charcoal storage. The thermometer in the lid along with the charcoal trays and center ring in the grate make lighting and grilling different styles very easy. My only disappointment is the auto start feature. Mine quit working. I can use a match and the propane will light it, but the piezo doesn't work. I will call customer service, that seems like a simple fix that they should take care of, if not I'll be dropping the rating down a notch.

I love my new grill it has features I was not even aware of when I bought it. I had to use the warranty for an issue I had with moving parts scratching the paint and I am very satisfied with the warranty and how the issue was resolved. I am glad I didn't spend 3x the money for a green egg. In all reality the performer is much more practical for what I use a grill for anyway.

Great grill. I love the ease of use of the gas starter. The table attached is fantastic. Grill has nice amount of survace space so I can do both direct and indirect cooking. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this grill.

The 1 lb. propane canister makes getting your fire started a snap. 5 minutes of propane under your chimney or charcoal baskets and the fire is lit. The whole unit is sturdy and well put together and is a pleasure to cook on. I bought the Performer Deluxe in June 2018 and have had a fantastic year of grilling. I would highly recommend this grill for its flexibility, ( smoking or grilling ) ease of use and durability. ( replacement parts are easily found ).

I bought this performer a while back and use it regularly. I would absolutely recommend that you go with the deluxe. The added feature of the gas assist is worth the extra money. Makes for lighting charcoal easy. Buy one, you won't regret it.

so happy I bought it only issue is I am 6'3" with a bad back and like most grills its about 4" short so I have to keep bending down to use the work surface. I was hopeing being attached to a cart it would have been a bit taller. Everything thing else works like a. dream though.

My wife bought me the Performer knowing I wanted one for a few years. I appreciate the features like the easy start, storage bin, thermometer, work table, and lid holder. No more hauling the charcoal and starter from the garage every time I grill. A serious distraction is the two bolts from the lid holder that get in the way when removing and replacing the cooking grate. The Performer was assembled by the store and I have yet to examine it for a solution. Overall, I'm very pleased with the Performer. A little expensive, though.

This is my second one. My first one lasted 14 years. I would not purchase anything but a Weber. They are so easy and economical to use. One can cook most anything if they so choose

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
