Bought weber based on my experience over the past 50 years. My new performer charcoal grill had 2 defects... easy to assemble but the tabletop was slightly out of alignment with the holes provided & I stripped 2 screws. Also, the electronic igniter would not work. A phone call (with almost 0 wait time) to a very courteous rep resulted in my new parts being recd 9 days later with no charge. All is well now. It's the best grill I have ever owned. Great to look at & no messing with fluid or elec starters. I really like the removable portion of the grate for stacking charcoal,etc. (Wish they had included a tool to grab that removable section) Stack charcoal, push the ignition button, wait 6 or 7 minutes and you are good to go! Charcoal storage bin is very nice to have and being able to shut all the vents results in a lot of savings in reusable charcoal.

Weber grills are awesome. The accessories table design has a lot to be desired. The charcoal container is not secured and swings open in windy days. The gas control protection cover has a loose mount. It comes off the mountings very easily.

I have had this a couple months. I love that I can not use any lighter fluid or match light product. Just dump on the coals, turn on flame, and in about 20 minutes cooking. It has an amazing flavor, and holds temp great!!

Im sorry pleased with this grill. Ive cooked on gas grills until this one. Gas doesn't compare to the taste of charcoal. The propane start makes this grill a breeze to use.

Bought this grill to replace Webber spirit gas grill. I had the 22" kettle before and loved it, so I went back to charcoal. This grill is made of top quality fit and finish- W/:easy assembly. The igniter failed after the first use,but received a new one from Weber in about 2 weeks. As previously mentioned in one of the reviews the propane bottle should be relocated to the rear of the grill, I covered my bottle with a removable black cloth bag .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
