I purchased this Weber after moving and leaving an older Weber behind. This is extremely well built and a terrific upgrade from my previous kettle. I love the LP gas starter which I upgraded to a 20 # tank. Super convenient. I grilled a 20# turkey for thanksgiving and it couldn't have been better.

I bought the Performer Deluxe with my airline miles and am glad I did. I love the gas starting, no more paper ashes in my grill. I still use the chimney but it gets going in about ten minutes instead of thirty. The side table, tool hangers, and coal storage let's me keep all of my grilling gear in one place. One downside I noticed is that the slot for hanging the grate, when I need it off, is on the back. Not a handy location the way my patio is laid out. Also, not a fan of the two piece grate that came with it. Too much fiddling around to remove it when hot. I'm using the grate from my old grill.

Everything needed for grilling is close at hand... charcoal bin, push button starter, charcoal chimney stores underneath, platform for placing food. Only complaint is the top to the grill does not close tightly on the bottom half like my previous Weber grills.

Love the style, the performance, and it's easy to use. The I-phone app is great for getting recipes and instructions on the temp and time needed to cook everything under the sun!

I bought the Performer Deluxe Charcoal grill less than a year ago and one of the casters broke recently. When I contacted Weber to get a replacement the response was quick and a replacement caster was sent to me within a few days.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
