I love the propane starter, the removable middle Circle grill with an option to add other accessories for grilling, and the bin to hold my wood charcoal. Another great improvement in the metal counter that is attached, along with the wheels allowing for easy mobility.

THE GAS STARTING IS VERY HOT, THE GRILL COOKS WELL, I HAVE GRILLED A FILET M ROAST FOR CHRISTMAS IT WAS SO GOOD. I AM COOKING A CHICKEN TONIGHT!!!

Great Grill! Enjoy all the features except the grill cover does not have a hanging hook. I miss this feature, which was on my previous Weber grill

I bought this Copper Performer this year and it is everything I needed in a grill/smoker. I have grilled everything from burgers and steaks and even smoked pork shoulders and even a 18 pound brisket. The gas assist insures I will never use lighter fluid in my Performer.

I have been a big fan of Weber Kettles for over 40 years; this is our third Performer. I was excited at the many 'improvements'; a heavier cooking grill, better timer, better thermometer, larger ash catcher, higher quality wheels, etc. Unfortunately there are flaws: -The ash sweeper arms angle up, and do not seal the vents; the fire is never extinguished. -The gas line and regulator needed to be replaced. -The table has a very slick surface; plates can slide off. -It is tricky to correctly position the cooking grill on its bracket under the bolts for the 'hide away' lid once the coals are burning. -It is almost impossible to replace the ash can after removing to empty the ashes. I'm still a big fan of Weber, but this experience has been disappointing.

This is my third one. I'm confused by the "cutout" in the center of the griddle. The tool basket flops out when the grill is rolled.

I bought this grill two months ago and use it about four times a week . I've done everything from rotisserie turkey,prime rib roast, low and slow ribs,burgers ,steaks and cant forget my signature chicken breast burgers for twelve guests.. There is pleny of room on this grill to entertain a large crowd . I love the ash clean out system. I would change the coal bucket so it stays closed when moving the kettle around though.. I just use it for all the kettle accessories couldn't resist buying to step up my game a little further

I actually prefer the older version of this kettle. I liked having a top on the table itself for getting to the charcoal and easy access for my gloves and other items I stored there.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
