Warranty
Weber Original Kettle grills are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The bowl and lid are warrantied for ten (10) years. The One-Touch cleaning system and plastic components are warrantied for five (5) years. All other remaining part are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

Love this grill. More features than my old Weber and easy to use. Can cook direct or indirect. Easy to add more charcoal and the thermometer helps when smoking low and slow. A classic! I gifted my old Weber which is over 20 yrs old. The kid was excited to get it!

Love my new Weber Grill. Have had many but this one captures the ashes so they aren't blown on patio. Has handles that hold cooking utensils. Grill has door to allow addition of charcoal. These features make a big difference. Thank you Weber!

Great grill. The grill is perfectly designed to deliver accurate cooking temperatures and be very easy to maintain. The grill has fantastic heat retention and the vent system allows for precise control for smoking.

I have owned and used Weber grills >40m years and have never had any issues. I have always in the past purchase black Weber grills (2) but my wife spotted one that was copper color, and she bought it, and it is gorgeous. It is covered with a Weber cover when not in use, but it is awesome and full of small improvements. Handle on one side (the correct side to pull on its wheels, improved and more durable wheels, I love the thermometer, and the safety feature for the handle

I am disappointed that there are not two handles on my new 22" Weber. It is much harder to move it around without two. I have an 18" Weber from the 1980's and it has two handles even though it is smaller. I find I am using my old Weber and letting the new one just sit there. I feel like I wasted my money.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
